Non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

First-Time Purchases

Eligible for a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re unhappy, request a refund within 7 days of joining.

Workshops & Special Programs

Refunds available if cancelled 72 hours before the start date.
